Biography

My social life, my professional career and my studies made me become a personal trainer. Formerly obese, the sport changed my body which used to be the reason for lack of self-confidence. This new “me” has indirectly influenced all my career choices such as being a people manager and managing director. My first professional experience in the sport sector started at the I-Fitness clubs in 2012. I started working as an independent personal trainer in 2014. Graduated in public relations, communication and certified as a fitness coach, all these studies have strengthened my professional competencies and my knowledge for my activities.

The training methodology : adapt the training to the person’s physical capabilities and cognitive ability.

The technique and security : assure the best movement and avoid all sorts of traumatism during the physical activity.

The relationship and psychology : create a relation based on trust in order to stimulate, motivate and achieve the desired results.

Training

The first session of personal training is for free and without any engagement.

An interview : a verbal exchange to get to know each other, determine the objective/s to reach, communication of potential physical problems that could be an obstacle for a physical activity.

A test : this physical capabilities test allows to evaluate the general physical performance and determine future training programs.

I cam across an advert just by coincidence with the headline “soyez pret cet été”, and I thought why not? Najim is very professional, he listens to what your goals are and what you want to achieve. His training enables you to develop your muscles gradually and at a good pace. The programs are personalised, suited to your needs and to what you are capable of doing. This is not to say that you won’t have a good cardio, no gain – no pain, but he definitely supports you according to you physical fitness. From just two months I feel healthier, fitter, muscular, and my endurance and stamina has improved tremendously. I highly recommend Najim, but you need to be prepared to train and motivated. Worth every penny!

Najim yells. And Najim is tough. That will be your first impression. So, if you are not serious about training, it will be better you go and have a brunch with friends. But if you are even remotely committed, you will find Najim’s methods highly effective. When I met him I was unable to do a single push-up. If you could only see me now!
Due to my unpredictable working hours, we also could not train regularly. However, Najim organized our trainings to get maximum out of each. I managed to squeeze two to three times per week. And within three months, I could see and feel the change. Training with Najim shaped my body and made me stronger. And in the process of it all, I have found a friend. Behind the yelling and toughness, Najim is an understanding person, willing to cut some slack when time gets tough. But don’t take advantage of it.
